Great Purchases

Remember when I interrupted my Southern Tea Time Getaway posts on June 6th to tell you about Tea by Three's Liquidation Sale?  And I posted photos of items that would be in the sale.  The sale has come and gone, so I'm sharing today what I purchased. Cheryl brought out more items after the pictures from June 6th were posted.

I couldn't resist this Beauty and the Beast teapot with Mrs. Potts and Chip.

Cheryl gave me the fan below for my presentation collection.

When I learned she had put out more items I returned the day before her sale and purchased a few more things.  Cheryl always prices things to go, so whatever you buy is a bargain, but these Royal Albert bone china snack sets in the Heirloom pattern were practically a give away.  I purchased them to use at my Bible study luncheons.  They were $32 for a set of four.  When I got home I went online to see if I could purchase one more because when everyone attends there's five of us.  I was shocked to see that just one snack set lists for $60!

They are absolutely beautiful.  Two of my friends went to the preview sale the day before me and spent over $700 between them.  I couldn't believe they left these behind, but I'm glad they did! ;-)

I also bought a Shelley teacup for $10.

And last but not least two lovely white linen aprons for my apron collection.

Have you found any new treasures lately?
