"Anything Goes" Tablescape Conclusion

Table #39 "Lucky Leprechan"

Table #40 "Aunt Lillian's Supper"

I loved the sentiment of this table.  The china was hand-painted by the hostess' aunt, and each place setting had a different floral painting.  What a beautiful family treasure.  I loved the vintage photograph of "Aunt Lillian" too.

Table #41 "Jackson's China"

Table #42 "Cherry Blossom"

Table #43 "A Gift from Grandma"

Table #44 "Ringing In Spring"

This was another favorite table since I was in the Bell Choir at church and rang bells identical to these.

Table #45 "Feathered Friends"

Table #46 "Bridesmaids Brunch"

Table #47 "Tea Time in the Garden"

Table #49 "Vintage ABC Plates"

Table #50 "Love and Roses"

Table #51 "Picnic"

Table #52 "Blossom Time"

Table #53 "Tiptoe Through the Tulips"

Table #54 "Barb's Surprise"

Table #55 "Blackberry Picking"

Table #56 "Mad Hatter's Tea Party"

Table #58 "My Mother's Limoges"

Table #59 was "Clowning Around Part II" and very similar to Table #29 [which was the 10th runner up], so I didn't photograph it.

In my rush to view all 59 tables I missed photographing Table #11 "Simply Lovely,"  but it's the only one I missed.  I hope you've enjoyed seeing all the varied and creative tablescapes.

  1. A lot of work to capture all the tables Phyllis, thanks for sharing them. The good thing is that any of us that need ideas for future teas can use your posts as a reference.

  2. Oh, I have enjoyed seeing all of them. There were some more beauties today - so much pretty china. That table of handpainted china (#40) is a real treasure! So beautiful! I have a couple of handpainted pieces that a friend of my grandmother painted, they are so very special. I also especially enjoyed the Mad Hatter table. Just plain fun there! Thank you again for taking all these pictures and posting them for our enjoyment.

  4. What fun it has been to see all these amazing tables -- thanks so much! I think my favorite, for purely sentimental reasons, would have to be Aunt Lillian's Supper. But I do love the green china in that one called A Gift from Grandma too. Again, this must have been heavenly to see all this loveliness at one time!
