Lunch at P.F. Chang's

This past Wednesday I finally ventured out into the deep-freeze temperatures, and my hubby and I used the P.F. Chang's Christmas gift card for lunch at the Partridge Creek location.

The first thing I ordered was a pot of their White Tangerine tea.  It was the perfect warm-up on a cold wintry day.  The menu described it as a light and fragrant white tea with a hint of tangerine.  It was delicate and delicious!

I love Chang's Tetsubin cast iron teapots.  I asked our server, Lauren, who supplies their tea, and she told me Revolution Tea.  I checked their website, but didn't see White Tangerine. Perhaps it's blended exclusively for P.F. Chang's??

We started our meal with an order of lettuce wraps.  It's diet friendly for starting the new year off healthy and right.  I could make a meal on these alone, but I didn't!  ;-)

I ordered Pork Lo Mein - stir fried egg noodles with thinly sliced pork, onions, celery, bok choy, carrots and mushrooms.  It was yummy!

Thanks for the gift, Brandon!  It was definitely enjoyed and appreciated.

  1. What a shame about the tea. I remember first trying Thai tea in a Thai restaurant and loving it, only to find out the tea is grown in small amounts mostly by families for their own use, and not readily available to buy. I did find a very finely ground Thai iced tea at Cost Plus World Markets and works ok for hot tea also.
I hope since yours is made by a brand company that you might find that elusive tea someday.
Happy New Year & stay warm, Val

  2. They have great gluten free lettuce wraps and many more GF items on the menu.
