I only have two tea-themed music boxes, so it's not a collection. The first one was a gift from a dear friend, made by the San Francisco Music Box Company. The teacup with delicate porcelain roses on top is from the 2001 Anna Rosa Collection, and plays, "You've Got a Friend."
The second one is a 1996 Lefton figurine that plays "Tea for Two."
Do you collect tea-themed music boxes?
These are very pretty. I don't have any tea-themed music boxes, but I'll keep an eye out for them.
ReplyDeleteI have one teapot that has a music box in the bottom, that plays "Tea for Two". It belonged to my paternal grandmother, and I really treasure it. I think two is CLOSE to a collection, especially if you are looking for one more to go with them. :-) I really like the little teacup one, what a sweet gift!
ReplyDeleteYou have a good start on a collection - just need one more! Although I don't collect tea themed music boxes, I do have one in the tea room. It was a gift from a customer, and quite sweet. Here's a link to my blog post a few years back: http://therosemaryhouse.blogspot.com/2012/01/national-hot-tea-month-january.html
ReplyDeleteI don't have any, but yours are sweet.

ReplyDeleteI only have one music box and it was my Grandmothers. I play it when I need to feel close to her. I forgot I do have a teapot that plays music! Tea for two!
