Hallway Grouping

A few days ago I blogged about a visit to Michael's when I dropped off a picture to be matted and re-framed.  I picked it up on Friday, and it now hangs in a small grouping in the hallway just off my living room.

I saw the picture a few years ago in an antique store, and in spite of its shabby frame I knew it had potential with matting and a new frame.

We hung it next to a Thomas Kinkade picture, and a three dimensional picture. Two out of three pictures with a teacup in the scene is a pretty good ratio, don't ya think?  ;-)

Now on to the next project on my 'to do' list.
