Hallway Grouping

A few days ago I blogged about a visit to Michael's when I dropped off a picture to be matted and re-framed.  I picked it up on Friday, and it now hangs in a small grouping in the hallway just off my living room.

I saw the picture a few years ago in an antique store, and in spite of its shabby frame I knew it had potential with matting and a new frame.

We hung it next to a Thomas Kinkade picture, and a three dimensional picture. Two out of three pictures with a teacup in the scene is a pretty good ratio, don't ya think?  ;-)

Now on to the next project on my 'to do' list.

  1. Very beautiful. I really enjoy seeing seeing pictures of your lovely home.

  2. I love it, and it looks great in that grouping!

  3. Love your new picture! So perfect for your lovely home!

  4. Oh what pretty art - yes, so perfect for you with tea themes!

Thanks for your sweet comments on my post about the Ruby Pear tea party! Hugs!

  5. So pretty! I think that picture is fortunate that you decided to rescue it!

Thank you for visiting my blog. If you would like to leave a comment, I'd love to hear from you!
