Sunday Reflection...

This Wednesday, September 23, 2015, all around the globe, in every time zone, students will be gathering at school flagpoles for prayer.

See You at the Pole began in 1990 in Texas as a grass roots movement with ten students praying around their school's flagpole.  Twenty years later, millions of students pray on their campuses on the fourth Wednesday in September.  See You at the Pole is simply a prayer rally where students meet at the school flagpole before [or after] school to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God.  It's a student-initiated, student-organized, and student-led event.

May God bless the youth around the world this week as they gather to seek God's blessing and guidance.  May they dare to be 'a Daniel' and not bow down to any influence or pressure that will negatively impact their lives.

  1. I'm glad to know (since my children are well out of high school) that this tradition continues.
