Michigan's temperatures right now are only in 20's, so hot tea tastes very good, and it's a boost to the immune system too.
Today I'm posting photos from two previous January's when I featured Hot Tea Month.

I spent most of yesterday sorting through my mom's old pictures, and came across one of my girlfriends and I ready to go ice skating when we were in Jr. High School. My skates were shiny and new because I had just got them for Christmas. We would have been drinking hot chocolate in those days to keep warm instead of hot tea.

What's in your cup today? While sipping, remember only 75 more days until Spring [March 20th]!
I'm drinking Pai Mu Tan Ginger Orange Peach [white tea]. It smells as good as it tastes, and will yield multiple steeps.
I love the skating picture! It was 21 degrees here at 9 AM this morning as I came to work, so a big cup of hot tea sounds really good right now. Probably Earl Grey or some Downton Abbey Christmas tea. Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteOh goodness! I just posted a Hot Tea moth post too! Love the skating photo! How fun! Enjoy a cuppa for me!

Harney and Sons White Christmas Tea! I'm finishing up my stash of holiday teas before trying the new ones that I received for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteIn a departure from the teas I've been drinking lately, I had Twinings Prince of Wales tea today. And oh, how I love your skating photo. I'd never even seen an actual pair of ice skates until I was well into adulthood!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing the lovely quote..have a blessed day
ReplyDeleteHave a great Hot Tea Month everyone.
