Sunday was just as tight-scheduled as Saturday, but it was a great day. The children did a live nativity during the morning worship service at church. So cute!
When church was over we hurried to the Fox Theatre in Detroit to see Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker at 3:00 p.m.

It was a sell-out performance, and there were no empty seats at curtain time.

To get in the spirit of the Nutcracker ballet, I found the cutest nutcracker holding a teapot and teacup. Isn't he cute?
When the performance was over, we hurried back to church for the 6:00 p.m. Christmas candlelight service. It was my responsibility to oversee serving punch and cookies afterwards, so there was no playing hookie. ;-) I had a great helper - thanks, Lynda!
It was the perfect ending to a wonderful day!
