'Tis the Season to watch the 'Grands' Perform

Granddaughter, Brooke, was the first to have a band Christmas concert at school last Thursday [Dec. 10th].

Brooke and me [below].  As an 8th grader, she's passed me up in height, but at 5'2" it wouldn't be a great feat to do!  ;-)

Last Sunday we went to Chelsea to see Isabella, Landon and Ellie in their Christmas program at church.  It began with a song by the pre-k/kindergarten class that Ellie was in.

The program was a Christmas musical featuring the ultimate story of adoption.  It was titled, Farah Finds Christmas - A Story of God's Heart for Adoption.

Christmas is children!

  1. There is certainly a reason that "grandchildren" are called "GRAND"! It is wonderful that you can attend your grandchildren's Christmas performances, I know they are very special.

  2. What a blessing to be able to attend your "grand"children's Christmas concerts! Three of mine are here on the Island but their church didn't do a Christmas concert for some reason and the other two are out on the west coast. Your little ones are adorable! Thank you for sharing.
